1. What these terms cover
Nana ("the Application") is a private, self-hosted personal automation assistant operated by a single individual for their own personal use. These terms govern the Operator's use of the Application.
2. Eligibility and access
The Application is not offered to the public. It has no user accounts, no registration, and no means for any person other than its Operator to access it. No person other than the Operator is granted any right to use the Application.
3. Permitted use
The Application is used solely to automate routine personal tasks for the Operator using the Operator's own data — specifically their own Google Calendar, their own Google Health (Fitbit) sleep records, and their own Gmail. The Application is not used to access, process, or store the data of any other person, and is not used for any commercial, resale, or multi-user purpose.
4. Third-party services
The Application connects to Google APIs, and its use of information received from those APIs is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms of service. See the Privacy Policy for full details of data handling.
5. No warranty
The Application is personal, self-operated software provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Because the Application has exactly one user — its own Operator — no warranty is extended to any other party.
6. Limitation of liability
As the Application is operated by and for a single individual using their own data on their own hardware, no liability is assumed toward any third party. No third party relies on the Application, and no third party is affected by its operation.
7. Changes and termination
The Operator may modify or discontinue the Application at any time. Use of Google APIs may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
